Electric 2001 Honda Civic

To produce our electric car, we started with a late model Honda Civic, in excellent condition, and replaced the gasoline motor and fuel tank with a state-of-the-art electric drive system, and safe lithium-iron phosphate (LiFePo4) batteries. Unlike ordinary electric cars that only go 25mph, our electric vehicle can attain speeds of up to 80 mph on the freeway. Our battery pack will last for 75 miles per charge.

We use high-end technologies similar to those used in the expensive Tesla Roadster and AC Propulsion eBox, but we do it at a much lower cost. The Roadster currently sells for $109,000 and the eBox costs $70,000.

The car we have chosen to convert is a 2001 Honda Civic, which is well built, dependable, long lasting, and the best selling car in America. Our conversion has power steering, power brakes, heater, air conditioner, air bags, and stereo along with all other factory features.

Our Honda Civic is priced at $36000.
