Electric 2001 Honda Civic

To produce our electric car, we started with a late model Honda Civic, in excellent condition, and replaced the gasoline motor and fuel tank with a state-of-the-art electric drive system, and safe lithium-iron phosphate (LiFePo4) batteries. Unlike ordinary electric cars that only go 25mph, our electric vehicle can attain speeds of up to 75 mph on the freeway. Our standard battery pack will last for 50 miles per charge. A longer range battery pack is available at additional cost.

We use high-end technologies similar to those used in the expensive Tesla Roadster and AC Propulsion eBox, but we do it at a much lower cost. The Roadster currently sells for $109,000 and the eBox costs $70,000.

The car we have chosen to convert is a 2001 Honda Civic, which is well built, dependable, long lasting, and the best selling car in America. Our conversion has power steering, power brakes, heater, air conditioner, air bags, and stereo along with all other factory features.

Our Honda Civic EV starts at only $26,900 plus the cost of the battery pack. To allow you to obtain the range you want, we are making available two sizes of lithium-ion battery packs. The standard pack costs $10,200, giving a range of up to 50 miles, and the long-range pack is $15,200, giving a range of 75 miles.
